Your Question:
When you capture photo's with camera In Game they always got saved at Documents>GTA San Andreas User Files>Gallery, but in my PC nope, I capture photo's from camera and when I check that folder is empty. How can I fix it, or is there another folder where those photo's got saved?

Enable the gallery savings to your in-game settings and it should work.
