Okay. Here is how it goes. If you buy "blood" donation from someone else. Then they get to have the full benefit. You will not get any sort of benefit or "reverse" donation as you call it. If they break any regulations and end up removed then that's a other case. In that case as well you will not be refunded anything neither will the original slot holder.
