I was never actually warned or muted. I almost never use /newbie. I was trying to answer to a question yesterday only to find my account "banned" from newbie channel. I think my newbie ban appeared when my stats was bugged and merged with another account. I didn't try speaking over /newbie until now, that's why I didn't know I was banned. I should be unbanned/unmuted simply because it was caused by a gamebug.
