You need to have an audio editor program where you will put songs together into a one long track. And then render it to .mp3 - upload somewhere and make a direct link out of it which will be used for streaming.

i'll Advise you to download Wondershare video editor so you can mix all of your songs and after mixing it upload the video on youtube, then use any website which converts mp4 to mp3 Like offliberty.com or Onlinevideoconverter and then place the url in your Radio slot.

Download Shoutcast and you can stream songs similar to hot 108 jamz.
You need a VPS to do this or you'll have to do it on your own network which will cause high bandwidth and expose your IP.
