How do i put a picture of my achievements in my signature, like many people have got? please tell it with detail, i dont understand short forms..

You click on the settings button, its on the right side of the page at the top of the forums.
When the page loads look to the left of the page, and scroll down until you see the option "Edit Signature"
Now create a picture of your achievements and use the [IMG][/IMG] tag or the text editor to display it in your signature.

i know how to edit signature, i cant put proper IMAGE there, i put the link with img tags like:
[img]LINK[/img] but everything in my signature is visible accept the picture+the tags..

Well, try to upload the picture on imgur.com and don't forget to put .png after copying the link.
