    So I just bought my new pc:
    Dell Latitude E6540 Core i7-4800MQ
    Ram: 8gb
    Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 8790M 6Gb

    recommend me a good enb and can i run good enbs without any problems?

    There are older ENB's that work I think because when I was on my brothers PC I had a ENB while running Win 10
