Why does my game keep crashing when I drive at a certain area, I know its not my game because I hear players complain about it alot, and this bug keeps pissing me the fuck off. Lets say I drive to downtown, the whole downtown area is shutdown with crashes. I cant drive there. If I have to go to somewhere like LV, I'd have to find a detour or a re-route or wait until the hotspot is safe.
