Your Question:
I am using windows 10 and I am trying to use dizz's ENB. When I open GTA, a black screen appears for like 10 seconds then this error appears "to gta.sa has stopped working", tried to open samp too and it crashes. I tried to use tyler's link from here.

Have you tried running GTA SA In a different mode? Windows 7/8/xp/vista?

Right click on SAMP, choose > Troubleshoot compatibility. Just follow what it says. Easy as pie, try each one and let us know the outcome, I think for most windows 7 is best, so try that one!
