Update; From now on, if you're muted permanently by a helper(/nmute perm), you won't be able to use /requestnewbieunmute. It would be a forever ban. You can appeal it here(http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forum...e-Chat-Appeals) by apologizing or whatever you feel can make you unmuted from the /newb(ie) chat.
