I don't know but sometimes when u hangup the phone apparently on other peoples screen it isn't and then you get accused of exploiting while in a shootout.

It has come to my attention and I've seen players unintentionally exploitting it. They don't even know if they're exploiting anything and I will just class it as an unreliable bug to be disclosed here. I'll pass the information to developers.
