Delete your SAMP and re-install it maybe.

It was same happened to me as well, you have probably an error in SAMP try to re-install it. It was fixed for me.
If still giving the same problem try to re-install your game and SAMP. Hope it will be fixed.

When you uninstall, you have to delete EVERYTHING related to SAN ANDREAS and SAMP.

This includes MODS, HACKS, anything that is saved into your registry, because some files get left behind and cause this error.

Delete the San Andreas user files folder and delete anything left behind your version of san andreas. After you are COMPLETELY sure that you deleted every trace from GTA San Andreas and SAMP reinstall, and try again.

Sometimes when you install specially those "Cracked" versions and you uninstall later it leaves some data and files behind.

Mods can also leave data behind. Good Luck.

didn't have any mods or hacks and i deleted and reinstalled everything and doesn't work i can open GTASA by itself n play SP but it fucks up when i tryn open in the samp client

im not sure if there's a way to fix it i tried several different ways and didn't work but I made a new windows account and downloaded it there and it's working now not sure if there's still a way I can fix it on the other windows account but if anybody knows that'd still be helpful lol but thanks for all the other methods or suggestions on what I should do when it happens.

1. CLOSE SAMP (IMPORTANT)
2. go to your gta folder and rename gta_sa.exe to gta_sa_game.exe
3. hit windows key + r and type regedit then hit enter
4. navigate to \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAMP
5. right click on gta_sa.exe on the right side and choose modify
6. change gta_sa.exe to gta_sa_game.exe
7. run the game like you normally would
