LSPD Crashing

Whenever I am close to LSPD or pass by there my game crashes, the worst part is I can't even enter. After I login it crashes automatically which leaves me without my account. I re-installed the game, it's clean and no mods so don't even blame it on me because this is clearly server side.
This is the only thing I got, I don't know how I managed to screenshot before it crashed.

I did, it does the same thing. It's between LSPD and City Hall on the square.

Probably you aren't using a full version game, try to install a new San Andreas and then try.

Your mods cause the game crash, if not then it might be the game itself. Try removing your mods or download a complete, fresh version of the game. If neither both of them work, /q and reconnect. :S
