    The one you said that did not work is because you put http:// in the ip, it doesnt work like that

    If you entered "samp.gta-sarp.com:7777" 100% then try restarting your PC, SAMP client and internet.

    Here man. I restarted my PC and my router but still it didn't work.

    That IP worked perfectly fine. 162.220.33.252 : 7777
