Question: So I kept like downloading GTA V hud from 30 different links. It either inefficiently works or crashes my game. The one with the weapon wheel is the only one which works while the normal one crashes my game. Can anyone please help me?

I think it's windows problem try to install windows 8.

That's out of my hands, plus it used to work under normal conditions. Any other ideas?

Have you removed all of your previous modifications before applying the new one? There might be some file left in the folder that might be holding it back.
