First of all, I didn't permanently mute you. I warned you for abusing /helpme. You tried to use /helpme as a means to communicate with your friend (I suppose) i.e Hank James and asked him to help you out in transferring things from your main account to your alt.

You should've either /pm'ed him or /report'ed to seek his assistance. /helpme is not to be used as a means of communication and I simply warned you for it. You've been around long enough to know what should /helpme be used for.

What else Jorge is absolutely right, you can't use /helpme for that actually. You could have /pm him to get assistance but shouldn't have used /helpme to seek assistance.
