GTX 950, I'm using a 2k monitor too.

I'd recommend increasing the brightness and set the graphics to "high".

Try to open your settings, try to high your draw distance and brightness a bit and then set your FPS to 8x. Your graphics card is good but try those if still doesn't work I will find a fix for you.

Brightness is default and graphics are very high.

The game is very blurry with/without the ENB and the anti-aliasing looks terrible despite the fact that it's maxed out.
