I was playing today on my PC and everything seemed fine. I shut it down and tried to boot it up later, it took 15 minutes to display "Starting Windows" and the word showed up, it never started. I waited for nearly half an hour for the windows to start but it really didn't.

I faced this issue before, you need to install a new windows this one is corrupted.
