Anyone got an idea how can I fix this ? Connected my lap top to my TV with a HDMI cable and this shit appears, and no the solution is not to take the damn laptop and put it in my lap.

Try to change the resolution of the screen to " 1536x864x32 ".

This solution works:

Change your desktop resolution once to some "regular" resolution (like 1280x720), then launching the game once. When you exit it, this resolution will save and you can restore your old desktop resolution just fine.
