if you’re viewing a community assistance thread without being logged in, it’ll still show guest on the main page.

Not bots. SARP acquiring a lot of guests with Community Assistance thread lol. if ypu google a problem you'll absolutely find it in Archive. You can look at Community Assistance (XX viewers) bots do never enter a section/thread.

A lot of them can be legitimate people, over the years us helpers have built up a troubleshooting database which will help people from multiple different communities with their issues.

A lot of them can be bots too, scraping data but I haven't seen a successful bot actually post any threads for a good year now, so yeah, guests can just be assumed as either bots scraping data or individuals that are simply browsing our sections that aren't member-only locked. Nothing more, nothing less.
