So, I've been trying for hours to fill my SAPD application form, but everytime I finish filling it, this happens.

Can I get some help please? I filled every spot, every answer and this keeps happening.

You can close this, All I had to do was select "REINSTATEMENT" instead of FRESH application and then edit it, hope it helps someone.
