I was wondering if quality over file size matters. I have found a skin that has a good quality but low file size.
So my question is does it really need to be low quality or the file size is all that matters? Because if it is the file size then here's another question.
How big of a skin file size do I need for a custom skin?

has to be a low poly skin not some high quality skin that doesn't fit the game's atmosphere
