I wouldn't necessarily calls this offensive and I don't think it warrants a permanent mute, I don't think his intentions were to offend the helper. I believe the helper took the word out of context hence I'm going to give Savatore another chance under the condition for him to avoid saying such stuff over the newbie chat in order to avoid further misunderstandings.
Savatore will be unmuted from the chat.
