Moving GFX. [48 HOURS]

How do you do something like this?
I'm trying to learn more about how to design signatures and other logos, so that I could one day apply to the GFX team.
I cannot understand how you get something like this on a signature, can someone help?

You use 3ds max for a moving render and Photoshop to save it as GIF.

Graphics Section is the best section to learn some graphics. You can find plenty of tutorials in the 'Tutorials' section(http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forum...?152-Tutorials).

You can find thousands of tutorials on the Youtube, it's not easy to learn it so quick, practice, patience and hard work is the key to become good/perfect in the graphic designing.
