We were RP'ing with Stephanie till he came saying what is going on, then he tried calling the Police on his phone, I start jumping him to get him off the phone, he just went OOC and ignored everything and left.

Well, I did /h when he Roleplay you can check the chatlogs, also I've not came back and gone at some other place and What was that RolePlay? "jumps Carl"

I'd like request player to Roleplay that should be understood to opponent. Its not an PG, You've not RP properly then how could I understand what to do? Well, Your beating someone in Public Place which is not allowed, I think so.

Daniel roleplayed with Carl. In any screenshots that have been provided, I do not see any evidence of Carl roleplaying back. He simply left the scene without any counter-RP or even a response to the RP.

Note: There is no rule that indicates the player cannot beat someone in a public place. That too for a valid IC reason.
