Test what should pass evryone before join SARP!!!

I think you accidentally the sentence. Maybe I misunderstand some of the things you say, but anyways.

1. I never said we should cut off all the new players... when did I say that? what?

2. It is not right for us? What do you mean? elaborate. WHAT is so freakin' hard about answering a damn quiz? so what if they search it up on google?? at least that way they have to read the expressions. It becomes like a message to them: "if you want to join, you have to learn the basic expressions."

3. Also, you don't know how many players would be here if it was put in originally. Perhaps there would be more... Perhaps they would also roleplay more. No one knows.

4. You tell the people that get DMed to get screenshot of the incident. Yeah, people do that - the guy gets prisoned, but when he gets out again he might DM you again, or some other guy might do it. Then you gotta make another complaint. Who wants to go around complaining about being DMed all day on the forums, people have other things to do. Also, I never said anything about "lazy admins". They are doing a good job as far as i'm concerned.

5. Finally, a tutorial might help... But again, we don't even have it. I think a "test" would be more efficient. If you can't be bothered to even to a simple test, then you don't belong on this server. Or any server.

Okay I never said you complained and i never said you said lazy admins but what I did say was that a lot of players that come on this server don't know RP but eventually learn it. If we put a quiz on then these players that don't know RP but that will learn it could not join the server and we loose potential players. Also in response to your point 3 (lol) I was speaking hypothetically at no point did I say that this was the truth. I am just saying if a player knew what sort of server he was getting in through a tutorial and not be blocked off from a server because of a quiz it would benefit the server more. So at least we got new guys joining knowing what sort of server they are entering to instead of barely managing to enter a server because they don't know what things are.

before this server i joined only servers with that TEST , becous i thought there is no Dming!

What's the point of trying to get a higher playerbase if all of these people that joins wants to DM? Isn't it better to have quiality players instead of worrying about the quantity?

The test won't stop DM'ers or hackers etc, As they are usually Butthurt Old Players who come back to fuck with us after being banned, Or from a Different server.

A starting test like this for any newbie player would be great, and if he fails it, it would be great to link a URL to the rules of the server.. This is a great idea, I would love to see this scripted in the server when new people join.

What they actually do is that they ban new players that just joined to NOT be able to have any weapons in their possession for 2-3 even maybe 8 hours... Or... just move the Shotgun to the next level of the Arms Dealer job...

How about instead we have a tutorial where people can learn how to RP using /me and /do, maybe even add in how to get a job, enter and exit buildings, getting a higher level, using the bank, getting cars and a house, etc.

This is a good idea, it won't kick out too many players because the questions are easily figured out using the process of elimination. For example:

What is MG?

A. Mixing OOC and IC
B. Something that is below SANG
C. A type of food

They will be able to infer that A is the answer and thus will imprint what the rule is into their head, but I think it needs to explain somewhere what OOC and IC is and which is which.

Nice idea , but also add a simple grammar test , to make sure that person which is about to register new account , having atleast basic English language acknowledgment. And by the way - joke in second quastion about SANG and MG ain't funny at all , it is a stupid trolling.
