I support this if you go with this idea:
There is a tutorial explaining all the terms, and basic rules (hacking dming etc) and then the quiz appears, if they fail more than 2 questions, tutorial automatically starts to reply

Bullshit! Just make them sit through a 5 minute tutorial explaining what everything is. DM everything. And then we won't have foriegn languages because they have to read that. Konichiwa

^^This. If a player wanted to seriously play here but didn't know RP he will have to read the tut to enter the game and play so ths shold be good. This would also cut out people coming here to DM by at least a bit if there was a tut you had to read. Now players who don't know these terms but want to play here can play

For old players 2500 dollar is nothing and we you are just posting this because you are annoyed by dmers we all know this. But after he DMed you. contact the newbie oocly try to teach some RP habits. I taught RP to very much newbie and it feels good to see how they are getting better. Try not to make them leave server. Try to make them love to RP and they will love the server. That feels very nice to see people RPing around.

P.S I learnt how to rp on this server. When I joined the sARP first time I didn't knew what the hell is DM-DB and such. I went to the LSPD station and I was shouting to cadet (I had never see cadet uniform before and I thought because of that different uniform he was high ranking member :D) I want to be cop I want to be cop. But noone banned me for that. Server taught me how to RP.

Although. A better test would let people know that there is a lot of RP in this server and it would cause more people to join this server because they know that they wouldn't get DMed because the test is really good and it would cause more RPers to come to the server.

1 - No because we're a server that welcomes new roleplayers that have no idea how to.. well ROLEPLAY. Or know any of the term associated with RP.

" Leave it as it is ", it can get some new kind of problems or w/e.
1. Fie is right.
2. Many people know about Rp and just come here to DM, so it won't help, it'll only decrease 20-30% DM, but not 100%.
3. You can/report the DMers too.. :P
