I connect and it will say, welcome please register, I have not try'd logging in as I am afraid it will reset all my stuff, Whats going on? how can I fix it?

Are you sure that you typed the right name? My account didn't reset, have you been offline-OOCly prisoned lately? I mean, Peter said that all people who were offline prisoned got their accounts bugged. If not- try to reinstall your SAMP or something like that |:

no, I actually logged in and its all been reset I was not Poisoned.

I had two of my alt accounts deleted before for no reason at all, so admins who say "this can't happen" can go suck a big one.
Make a request about your account.

Make a game related request and ask for an account refund. Make sure you have proof or SS's of your other account or ask them to check logs (this will take a long time to get resolved so you will have to be patient)
