About robbing/kidnapping in public places...

Is it allowed for a player to take out his gun and aim at you in an attempt to rob/kidnap you in a public place?
I understand that robbing is 100% forbidden, but what about kidnap?
Is kidnapping allowed only if it's done secretly like by hiding your gun under your shirt? Or is it also allowed if you take out your gun openly infront of everyone and do it?

Not sure exactly... Its a blurry subject... My understanding Robbing in public is a BIG NO, however Kidnapping is ok? Not 100% on that though.

IRL kidnapping in public places happen only if like a van parks infront of you and in less than a second you're pulled into it and the van vanishes, but as for like taking out your gun and aiming it to the head of someone while everyone's watching, that's a little non RP as it would only happen IRL in a no law state.

The admins stated that Kidnapping is allowed, except in LEO places or like that yeah, but you are allowed to kidnap someone, my father was being kidnapped front of restaurant, long story (might have still video of it)

All who watches should be scared cause of the guns, so yeah.

Robbing at Public is Prison-able and kidnapping at public place is really stupid cause public places have cameras, etc and irl no one will risk his life to rob/kidnap someone at public without even knowing how much money has the person he is robbing/kidnapping.

Not really, there can be many possibilities and ways of kidnapping someone. It's necessary to do in such way as players try to avoid it and take a lot of time to RP mostly in Public as they think nubs around will assist them. Obviously this isn't IRL but here we roleplay and try to do it in same way but you know there is a huge difference between both.

However, it takes a bit to RP and try to get one who is being kidnapped by kidnapper(s). Robbing is not allowed in Public as it's one of the aspect of server rules which varies in regulations which we have to follow, where about kidnapping it's written no where and we are pretty much aware of it that it's allowed in Public - after all it's a kidnapping - Make sure this question don't turn to a discussion thread as we can't edit or add this rule according to your thoughts so it would be useless for you. We can just help you with your question telling that kidnapping is allowed or not, and my answer to it is same what Pooya wrote above. If you still have problem with it suggest it to Executives with a proper explainition.
