I downloaded a ENB mod and it fucked up my game. So I uninstalled everything, deleted all the GTA files from my computer
and installed it but this still happens. I tried other servers and it worked normally and the ENB was removed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Enter in a building (you will seen an icon for /enter), after entering in the building type /exit and it will be fine.
