    -Information.
    .    You cannot rob or kidnap at that place.

    -Information.
    .    You can kidnap, but you cannot rob here or afterwards kidnapping.


    Los Santos Gym
    -Information.
    .    You cannot rob but you can kidnap at that place.


    Federal Bureau of Investigation
    -Information.
    .    You cannot rob or kidnap at that place.


    Alhambra
    -Information.
    .    You cannot rob but you can kidnap at that place.


    Cityhall

    You can't kidnap or rob in ANY of these places except the Gym and Alhambra, so fix this. Then it'll be a good guide.
