Okay, I started using ENB modes and when ever I use nos , my screen starts flashing black and shit, I actually tried like 5-10 ENBs , Same problem, So i decided to post my issue here.

Something wrong in your enb settings.
Make sure the settings and .dll file are both from the same version of enb.
Did you install any additional files that came with enb? You should only have placed two files in your :Sa root (d3d9.dll+enbseries.ini)
EDIT: nvm, beat me to it ^^^
