Likes, dislikes, ect do not change your reputation anymore. The only way to raise reputation now is a reputation comment, as you have done to me, and on this guide explains.

Reputation is the bar under the "little chief badge". The chief badge is how many posts you have, so every 500 posts, you will gain another star.
