    what i do my sses are not going in documents/gta sa/samp/screens?,It say ss taken but dont know ehre it goes

    Try making another map in GTA SA/Samp named 'screens' and rename the old screens folder to screens1. Go in-game and try if it saves this time.

    Are you using windows 8?
    If yes, get a software like fraps ( http://www.fraps.com/download.php ) and use it to take SS-es.
    If no, then try what Enrique said.
