I /q in the bank because i was going to bed an i woke up this morning and now when i click the login button my game freezes an about 2 seconds later says not responding

Did you try to re-install your GTA San Andreas files? Perhaps, you have things that makes your GTA SA crashed.

I'm guessing it's because you were prisoned offline and your account has bugged. Make a game related request or ask an admin to re-prison you.

When someone /q's when they're cuffed, it auto-offline prisons them for /q-ing to avoid. So something, must've gone wrong during that. Try to contact an admin over forums or TS to prison you once more and it should be fixed.
Oh and nothing's wrong with your GTA SA files, don't worry.
