Find the one you want, and make sure its small to fit the avatar, after that, it has to be like a .gif (Moving image), otherwise, it'll deny because file to large.

If you're allowed to use a .GIF, resize it to 180x200 first then head to your profile settings and click Change Avatar. After that, it should allow you to use it if you're given authorization by the Forum.

Find one that you like make sure it fit or re-size it to 180x200 And then head to settings and then click change avatar and choose upload direct the location where the picture you want and it surely will be uploaded but like deck said Make sure it's .gif or the forums will tell you it's too big therefor it won't be uploaded
