[HELP]Skype issue

Well, everytime I turn on my computer, skype open which is normal, but. I cannot run either SAMP,Google,Counter strike... nothing untill I quit my skype.
Just to make it clear:
1-I tried re-downloading skype; Results (Not Working)
2-I restarted my computer many times; Results (Not Working)

It's currently down I guess. Use web.skype.com instead. It's working for me. It's skype, but you use it with your internet browser.
