Restart your router, it's a temporary problem, it will be fixed automatically soon, maybe in 2-3 hours. Plus hide/blur other server next time. Happened to me a lot of time before, it gets automatically fixed after I restart router.

What happens when you press connect and load the game, Hitman Director?
Hmm, I've no idea. Delete GTA San Andreas Document folder, and reinstall San Andreas Multi Player, when you will start your game the document file will be auto-created, and add your server in the favorite list. It'd fix the problem, I guess.

Smo changed the server port due to :4500 not being stable (was making the server go weird). Therefore, you need to enter SARPs new IP. Although, it literally says it on the forums.
samp.gta-sarp.com: 7777 (without the space) is the new server ip for now.

Try to reinstall the game and SAMP client, and make sure server ends with the port 7777 and try to restart your router and your PC.
