Flamethrower and Fire Extinguisher effects [PENDING INPUTS]

all of my mods are installed through modloader so the actual .txd was never touched. I even tried disabling the effects and the weapons, nothing helped.

Remove the whole mods even if they were uploaded on modloader plus got documents then to GTA SA User Files then remove gta_sa.set.
