Mapping using gates

Simple question; are admins allowed to 'map' with gates? As in creating objects in-game (doors, windows, trees) using the gate system.

Please elaborate on your answer, instead of just saying yes or no.

So what you are saying is that I can get an object mapped into the server, using the gate system by donating for a gate? Even if the actual 'gate' is not a gate, but just a random object?

Admins are not allowed to use gate for place objects here and there. ONLY if there need any object for the fit that area, he can use.

BUT placing many gates for making that looks like a map is not allow and that abuse.

I more often believe they are not allowed to do that unless permitted, you have to get the objects by donating(custom mapping) they will and can only add gates ones they are donated to be added by one.
